Coconut Blender Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons full fat coconut milk
- 1 banana
- 0.5 cup mixed berries
- 1 peach cut into chunks
- 1 pineapple wedge
- 0.5 cup pumpkin puree or cooked sweet potato can be in place of one of the fruits
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons protein powder from egg, whey or rice sources should total over 20 grams of protein
- 1 tablespoon powdered green foods or to taste; optional
- 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast or to taste; optional
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds optional
- fresh ginger or mint to taste; optional
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender. Add water or ice for a thinner consistency. (Recipe♦304)
