Coconut Blender Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons full fat coconut milk
  • 1 banana
  • 0.5 cup mixed berries
  • 1 peach cut into chunks
  • 1 pineapple wedge
  • 0.5 cup pumpkin puree or cooked sweet potato can be in place of one of the fruits
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder from egg, whey or rice sources should total over 20 grams of protein
  • 1 tablespoon powdered green foods or to taste; optional
  • 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast or to taste; optional
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds optional
  • fresh ginger or mint to taste; optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender. Add water or ice for a thinner consistency.  (Recipe♦304)
