1 bunchparsley (large)
2 clovesgarlic (chopped)
1⁄4 cupchopped ginger
104 oz pieces of cod
Blend all ingredients except cod in food processor.
Place ten 4-oz pieces of cod on a baking pan. Smoothe a dollop of parsley mixture on each piece. Bake at 375 until cod flakes (about 15-20 minutes depending on thickness). (Recipe #897)
