A quick, healthy, Whole30 or Paleo treat for a cold winter's night.

1 cupfrozen berries
1⁄4 teaspoonground cloves
1⁄2 teaspoonground allspice
Cut the apple and pear into bite-sized pieces. Place in a saucepan with the mixed berries and spices over medium-low heat. Add enough water to cover the bottom of the pan (approximately ¼ to ½ cup). Cover and warm 15 - 20 mins. Serve warm.
Refrigerates well and microwaves quickly for the next day. (Recipe♦422)
