Put all ingredients except chia seeds in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour into bowl and add chia seeds.Let sit for 10 minutes, whisking a few times to prevent clumping.Leave in the fridge for 2 hours or until completely chilled.Remove and divide into bowls.Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.Garnish with berries if you'd like. garnish with berries.
