  • 6 large carrots
  • 2 parsnips
  • 3 large red beets
  • 3 sprigs fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Julienne all vegetables and chop parsley sprigs. Dress with Citrus Sesame Dressing.  (Recipe #617)
