Mango Mint Frappe
Start preparations a day ahead because you'll need to freeze the banana and mango.
- 3 bananas peeled, chopped and frozen
- 3 mangoes peeled, chopped and frozen
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar optional, omit for Whole30
- 1 tray of ice cubes
- coconut water as needed for consistency
- cacao nibs for garnish
