2(about 1 lb) Hass avocadospeeled, pitted, diced into ½" cubes
1medium tomato, finely diced
0.5small red onion, finely diced
0.5cupchopped cilantro
3tablespoonslime juice
0.25teaspoonTabasco sauceor red pepper flakes, to taste
1teaspoonKosher saltto taste, if allowed
Instructions
In a medium bowl, toss the tomatoes with the onion, cilantro, lime juice, Tabasco sauce and 1 tsp. salt, and let sit for about 5 mins. Add the avocado and with a fork, gently mash it into the tomato mixture. Serve immediately. (Recipe♦472)
