Granny Smith apple
cored and roughly chopped

romaine or red leaf lettuce

fresh parsley leaves

fresh cilantro leaves*

frozen mango chunks

small avocado wedge
about a tablespoon or so

teaspoons
fresh lemon juice
more or less to taste

pinky-sized piece of fresh turmeric
peeled

coconut water

tablespoon
coconut fat
optional
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and mix until smooth, slowly adding more coconut water if needed for consistency. *If you have an aversion to cilantro, omit it and add more lettuce to the smoothie. (Recipeā¦108)
