Grind the walnuts coarsely and remove from processor. Then process olive oil, coconut oil, garlic and ginger until fairly smooth. To this mix, add the Thai basil, and process.
When this mixture is finely ground, add the salt and the walnuts once more for a short time to mix, being careful not to process too much. (You want the walnuts to be chunks, not dust.)
Add juice of lime, tasting as you add it to make sure it’s not too much lime. (Recipe #825)
