2 cupsblanched almond flour
2 tablespoonscoconut flour
1⁄4 cupgolden flax meal
1⁄4 teaspoonCeltic sea salt
1⁄2 teaspoonbaking soda
1 tablespooncoconut oil
1 tablespoonhoney (or 10-20 drops stevia for low carb version)
1 tablespoonapple cider vinegar
This recipe calls for a 7.5 x 3.5 magic line loaf pan. If you don't use this recommended size, your bread will not be the proper height.
Place almond flour, coconut flour, flax, salt and baking soda in a food processor and pulse ingredients together. Pulse in eggs, oil, honey (or stevia) and vinegar.
Pour batter into greased magic line loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and serve. (Recipe #605)
