Macadamia Nut Gremolata

Ingredients

1 cup
finely chopped macadamia nuts
1⁄2 cup
coarsely chopped parsley or cilantro
2 tablespoons
lemon zest
2 tablespoons
lemon juice
1 tablespoon
olive oil
1 clove
garlic (minced)
 
salt to taste

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together in bowl, and serve as topping on broccoli slaw, or other salads.  (Recipe #551)
