Ingredients

1 cup
almond butter
1⁄4 cup
honey (optional)
3
bananas (very ripe)
2
eggs
1 cup
almond meal
1 teaspoon
baking soda
1 teaspoon
baking powder
1⁄4 teaspoon
salt
1⁄4 cup
chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. 

In a large bowl, mash bananas. Add in the almond butter, eggs and honey if using. Mix well and add the almond flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir until just blended and then fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 mins.  (Recipe♦437)
