Steam both the cauliflour and broccoli, and once they're cooked and slightly cooled, cut into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.
Whisk together (or shake in a jar) the remaining ingredients to make the dressing. Taste and adjust salt and pepper.
Toss a small amount of the dressing with the steamed vegetables; you'll have some leftover for salad greens or other uses. (Recipe #376)
