Dor's Keto Nut Loaf


1 cup
raw walnuts
1⁄2 cup
raw almonds
1⁄2 cup
flax seed
1⁄2 cup
sesame seeds
1⁄2 cup
roasted cashews
1⁄4 cup
avocado oil
1 teaspoon
mixed Italian herbs
1⁄2 teaspoon
salt (up to 1 teaspoon according to taste)


Soak the walnuts and almonds for at least 2 hours and drain. Give a few coarse chops.

Mix the eggs, oil, herbs and salt until well blended.

Blend the nuts, seeds and egg mixture.

Line a small loaf pan with parchment. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes. Let cool in the pan. Remove. Peel off parchment.

You can make variations by using chili powder, curry spice, or other seasonings.  (Recipe #370)
