Creamy Asian Dressing (Vegan)

Serve over vegetable crudites, as a dip for appetizers, as a salad dressing, or over zucchini noodles and chopped veggies.

inch piece of ginger, grated (a bit more if you love ginger)

olive or flax oil
2 teaspoons
toasted sesame oil

lime, juiced
3 tablespoons
mellow white miso

pitted medjool dates
2 tablespoons
tamari or nama shoyu
1⁄2 cup
water (more if you want the dressing thinner)
