6 tablespoonscocoa powder
1⁄4 cupraw honey or agave
1 teaspoonpure vanilla extract
Puree avocados, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla in a food processor until smooth. Divide pudding into individual bowls and sprinkle with salt before serving.
Note: You can add almond milk while you're processing the ingredients to make it go further and/or for a less rich, thinner pudding. (Recipe♦283)
