Chimichurri Paste

Ingredients

1 cup
fresh Italian parsley (packed)
1⁄2 cup
olive oil
1⁄4 cup
fresh cilantro (packed)
1⁄3 cup
red wine vinegar
2 cloves
garlic (peeled)
3⁄4 teaspoons
dried crushed red pepper
1⁄2 teaspoon
ground cumin
1⁄2 teaspoon
sea salt

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blenderize until smooth. Serve over grilled meat or black beans.  (Recipe♦275)
