Chicken with Honey Marinade

Ingredients

2 tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon
balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon
tamari
1 tablespoon
honey

skinless, boneless chicken thighs or breasts (large breasts need to be pounded)

Instructions

Mix oil, vinegar, tamari and honey. Add chicken and marinate for 5-10 mins. Heat skillet over medium flame and add chicken and marinade. Cover and simmer 8 - 10 mins. Check for doneness. Serve with cooked marinade as a sauce.  (Recipeā™¦267)
