Cardamom Vinaigrette

Ingredients

1⁄2 cup
extra virgin olive oil
2
lemons (juiced)
2 tablespoons
apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon
Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon
ground cardamom
1⁄2 teaspoon
sea salt (to taste)
 
freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, cardamom, salt and black pepper. Whisk ingredients thoroughly. While still whisking, add olive oil in a slow and steady stream to obtain a creamy consistency. Adjust seasonings if necessary.  (Recipe♦236)
