1⁄2 cupvanilla almond, soy or hemp milk
3⁄4 teaspoonsvanilla extract
3apples (cored, peeled and chopped)
1⁄2 cupold-fashioned gluten-free rolled oats
1⁄4 cupground raw walnuts
2 tablespoonsground flax seeds
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix the milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until combined. Stir in the chopped apples, raisins, oats, ground walnuts and flax seeds.
Pour into an 8×8" baking dish. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. (Recipe♦235)
